Resting

A dog who hasn't slept, snarls.
Stroke a cat and it purrs.
Horses in fields run together.
And rabbits under threat thump their feet.

If this doesn't quite clearly show that
rest,
love,
and selflessness
are qualities to nurture then we aren't listening.
Not really taking it in.
